All sales are final.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEM
At our discretion, we will replace or refund items that are damaged or defective. Please contact us at thelittlebrickhouse2010@gmail.com. Photos of the damaged item with description are required.
The Little Brick House is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking shows delivery confirmation. A claim would need to be filed with USPS directly by the customer with tracking number provided. Any damages incurred during shipping requires photos of damages to the box.
We work hard to inspect all our products before shipping and put a great deal of care into our packaging. Once are products leave our store, we know that "things happen." We stand behind our product and will correct any problems resulting in our part. We reserve the right to no longer sell/ship to anyone we believe is abusing this policy.
